Nope. Never owned a truck before. Just researching the lease option thing and from what I can tell so far, Schneider has a good thing going.

 

The reason I ask that is... A lot of people are used to running as many miles as possible But on a percentage program try to look for the best rate possible in conjunction with the amount of time On it as well... Remember more miles doesn't necessarily always mean more money on a percentage program...

 

Drvrtech I'm finding that out. Actually learned it from this thread lol. I'm sure there's a science to it to be successful vs just racking up the miles. Thanks for the heads up.

Wait a second? Are you saying they have a terminal cafeteria and or catering and CHARGE you? That's freaking hysterical.

Other than brokering the occasional load from them i have never had any relationship with the pumpkin. But from what i have learned from reading and talking to guys leased there it is a decent starter program to get your feet wet. You coulid definately do a lot worse, but i would approach it as a step in the right direction, not the destination.
