I'm sorry! One more quick question so I can do my math right. This amount was the total, not actual pay right? I don't mean expenses, I mean that I need to take the 45% off the top, or is that already done?

Only for loads you deliver. If there is no trip sheet task, no trip sheet is needed.

I arrived at shipper yesterday at 4pm, they did not like the trailer since trailer was ok was not dirty but old. Took me 1hr to go to pilot to sweep it than come back. I arrived back at 5.15pm. I was in the parking area for 2.30hr than I received a call and told me to park at dock. I was af the dock for 1hr. They did not load me since my was assignment was drop and hook they changed it to live load.
After waiting 1 hr i had left 1hr on the DOT. I talked to schineider they told me to find a safe place to park have your break. I wasn’t allowed by the shipper to have my break on their property.
This morning m back again on the shipper they didnt start the loading yet its been 1hr. What should i do in this situation?

Well, depending upon when your delivery time is, I would advise your dispatcher of all of these events and let them know you are/could be delayed in making that appointment time. They at least will have some advanced notice and can possibly change it for you. Do this now and then tell them when your actually loaded and heading down the road. Thats my .02 cents.

Push your nat 24 hours out. Once loaded put in accurate eta/nat and go running. Nothing to stress over

get your own trailer, oh thats right you dont want to do that, you would have to deal with the hassles of live loading/unloading, schneider sounds so much easier lol

Personally, I would have waited until I knew I had to go to be legal. There was a Pilot nearby, so whatever it took to get there.
Then, I would have told the shipper that I had to go park, and would be back in the morning.
Then I would have come back, waited to get loaded, made sure all of my times were right, request detention for 14 hours or whatever, and departed.
    But that's me.

You can only control you. But make sure you get your money.
