My goodness. Got a message a day or so ago that told me how much we suck.
    Never ran a WS load.
But anyway, I guess we're out of the business.

wonder if on time % could factor into allowing ics to run these critical loads

There are a significant number or ics who "break down" when they something better than the string of loads they have booked. They call in to suppprt shift (just under 60% of all ic calls into suppprt shift are to get loads taken off) and now we have a load that needs coverage but no company trucks in a position to get it done. Service sensitive loads allow for greater latitude in dead heading company trucks in/paying layover for screwing a driver (driver needs to ask, but it is almost always given IF the driver asks), thus the apm would have been able to cover the load. But at 2100 the apm has limited options to get a load picked up at 0700. Its why ICs are limited on the tractor supply loads.

Used to be that if an IC had a lousy on-time service record he was put in the mileage fleet. Looks like it doesn't have consequences anymore.

Plenty of tractor supply loadscoming out of statesville. Nc, camp hill, pa, Macon Ga. I don’t take those loads to heavy.
