I'm not concerned about the contract, I'm concerned about the fact that I can no longer book 5-7 days ahead of time anymore as loads are not confirming until the last 24-48 hours now. So now I have to play the last second game of chance which is one thing I always enjoyed avoiding. Sounds like I'm picking the right time to bail out of the program LOL. It's only a matter of time before the freight market crashes and I don't want to be stuck in a lease.

Wow I definitely won't be coming back to SNI if that is the case. The EZ-Pass isn't the end of the world for me, but for those of you that run the Northeast, that's gonna hurt. But the whole charging for deadheading out of an area? PATHETIC. They want that in place so people will be forced to take cheap loads out of an area or have to pay up for it.

What a joke. So much for calling it "choice". I don't own my own truck to be told who and where I have to pull loads from. **** that. Downhill it goes. This takes micromanagement to a whole new level. Dip****s.

Are they waiting for everyone's lease to come due to make the changes ?

Or are they just changing them all at once on the fly...?

There is something that states they can charge for damages to company equipment whether or not you reported it or not.

I'm trying to process everything I was told in orientation today but as I was told if you want to leave the area you can do so but if they want you to drop the trailer you have in the area and bobtail out and you say no they will charge you.

Same if you want to bobtail out and they ask you to reposition a trailer.
