Is that $658 to run 722 miles?

 

Things are rough here at schneider. The avg rate has fallen from like a 1.60 to abt 1.20 per mile. Almost every region there has been quite an increase in loads moving for less than 1.00 and there are people here actually taking them. OTR is absolutely a crapshoot right now. Some Truck stops and shippers have now started to ban people without masks, restaurants are closed. I have to be using ubereats which is expensive has hell. I think i am gonna need some time off from this mess.

 

The silver lining and I mean only "lining" is the fuel prices.

 

IDK, I did pretty ok last week.....$4700 in 7 days, which for me is pretty ok.
But now is the time to stick to what you know. And like @Hegemeister said, fuel is off by a good 30%.
I think there's still money to be made out there.
