Yes, If your making $2.25 a mile for all miles in a dry van, AND they pay all of your tolls, AND drop and hook. That is good rate! I can only assume you are a company driver. And I don't mean being a company driver as an insult.

Look at the date of the post you quoted.

I didn't catch that! But the way the rates are right now.... I have customers. So it hasn't effected me. But if I want to do something extra... The rates are garbage. Just an example. Steven's Transport had this posted: Reefer- Reading, Pa to Long Island, Ny. No rate listed so I called. $500 to the truck, and we pay the tolls.... Laughable!! I remained professional, but obviously didn't take the load

Anyway you run it. It ain't gonna be pretty.
And I'm guessing that Lima load is 40k+.
Look at Google maps. There's 3 routes and all of them suck.
Good luck and happy trails -
And freightwhipper flamed out a long time ago.jsnell Thanks this.

First, get an atlas.
Then you have three basic options:
- From i76 exit 180, us 522 south doen to us 30 east. US 30 east to i 81 north
- Take exit 201, pa 997 south down to i81 north
- Run i76 to i81 south
Second is quickest, if you know how to drive and are not afraid of small, steep roads.
First has one heck of a climb, but is overall easy.
Do NOT Shippensburg road between newburg and middle spring. It is restricted.drlmi Thanks this. -
Oh! Now I understand!
-
Does going nova count as a flame out?
-
