Be careful what you say there about women truck drivers..SNI doesn't take that kind of intolerance lightly.
As we all know THEY do observe here.

I have been taking a break from TTR for awhile..it tends to get me going.
I hate to see all the negative postings as well..I can be blamed for starting arguments and negativity as well.
I have always spoke my mind and always will.
Plus SNI watching and waiting to pounce is BS.

Either way enjoy your postings and such..I am moving on from the Choice program and this thread.

Just know this....Schneider National/finance knows you well..you have recruited heavily here.

Is getting people to come work where you work that frowned upon? A couple people have mentioned it like it's almost a bad thing.
I wish I could get the extra thousand bucks my company offers for getting drivers to hire on.

 

How much do you make per recruit ??

 

I'm leaving now for $1.42. I'll be back back from Iowa by Monday for $1.85

 

Not only is it board rules, but actively bringing on competition to your business isnt very wise in the long run, is it?

Now outside of here and you give true info on the situation as whole so someone can make an informed decision, imo thats a little different. Especially as a prospect company driver.
