Well there's lots of dumb truck drivers.. and carriers take advantage of that as cheap drivers are profitable to them. Schneider isn't super strict but some carriers will lease trucks to a noobie fresh out of training and pay them .90 a mile.

I think that Hollywood has the truck parking in the back near where the Horses are kept right? If so the only bad thing is they don't have a ton of truck parking maybe 10 spots or so... Decent poker room though...

I hear you on the food choices, I do the same

    Here's an overhead view:

Only time I ever had issues parking was of course on late week nights.
Jammed it could probably hold 30 trucks.
There was one time as I was running out of hours I had to park halfway in the grass in front of the trucks.

I'm all for the food man.. this truck stop food hasn't gotten old real fast

SNI will take you, but it's SFI that will want to see a year of recent OTR. Otherwise bring a truck from the outside.

I ran into an IC in Tunkhannick the other day. He was paying for tolls on I76 in Pa. He did not know, that was a paid road. He only been driving for 8 mo with SNI, and 4 weeks as an IC.

3 hours in total. It cooked while I drove. It's the easiest recipe in the world and it beats anything I could buy at the store. It's a recipe my grandmother has used for years and without fail, it's the juiciest most flavorful chicken. Only ingredients are chicken, onion, garlic, and salt and pepper. I have many easy cook, healthy options you can do in the truck. Had to learn to cook on the road since I can't eat most food at the truck stops.
