I've had more problems with the new trailer than I have had with the old ones. A lot of the 7way plugs are damaged(4 in a row) several have had signifigant dent, scaps, gouges. ABS lights galore. Mudflaps gone, DOT bumpers bent.

I'm starting to hunt for 9 series, to he'll with the 15's lol

WOW! So I had to stop and write this..

I went to a customer (one that I've been to a lot, to bring and take loads out of) only to see their entire yard filled with Swift trailers and barely any Schneider left.
I asked what happened? Was told Schneider lost the account. I said did we mess up or do anything wrong?
Answer: Yeah you guys cost too much and were outbid by Swift
    Sucks man! Loved their loads!
Funny part is I bumped into a Swift driver asking me about Schneider saying he's looking to leave Swift, no money and cameras lmao.
Lots have been complaining about rates.. you know it's getting bad now when we're losing accounts to Swift for us "costing to much". wtf

That sucks man! That's what happens when their are drivers dumb enough to drive for companies that pay them 32 cpm...the can afford to underbid and still get good contracts while drivers just trying to make a living suffer.

That's right, no need to even talk about the lease drivers they have and the fantastic rate they get!!

    yup...

    I was worried about this...
Trucking has been taking a beating lately, spot market has gone to hell and I've been running lots of contract customer freight I can count on both on rates and loads being the same.
Longer this downturn goes on.. when those contracts are up is when we can get outbid and lose accounts such as this one.
I'm pissed cause I got big rates out of this place and now some Swift flease driver is gonna pull my loads for $0.90. :angry4:

    mxpx148 Thanks this.

As long as there are people dumb enough to take on all that responsibility for 90 cpm, it's going to suck for the decent business man trying to make a living.

How do you even break even off of $0.90? That just seems unfeasible even if fsc is added.

    HalpinUout and mxpx148 Thank this.
