    "The state is violating the lottery law by using the money to pay the lottery's operating costs and ongoing administrative expenses … without first paying winnings,"
    "Joe Joost, 62, a truck driver from Chicago's Belmont Cragin neighborhood, said he's joining the lawsuit. He was in a pool of 25 Illinois Lottery players who won $1 million in early September, with $28,500 in winnings for him after taxes, but the state hasn't released the prize yet."

    It's one thing if they can't afford to pay out lottery winnings. It's completely different that they continue selling tickets knowing that they won't pay them out.

    how can they sell tickets can keep all the money to themselves like that?
    It's like the CR England lease department is running the Illinois lottery! :eek:

    Right, when the budget gets passed they will pay out but not now... It is BS cause all the money they make on lottery they are making more with all the interest on money not paid out

    well got an easy day two light loads drop and hooks 520 miles for $900 ending up in Indy area with open window appt of 4 days lol
    The rolling of the dice paid off this time.
    I did miss out on a pay error load, saw a load where the LHL and FSC was entered in twice. I waited a couple min to see if they'd fix it only to click on it and see it assigned to a driver with the pay remaining the same :oops:
