I think (apart with others issues here which I've complained about) it's just that Schneider overall is too cheap to do anything about it.

They do but from what I recall it's terrible.
Don't remember the details but only remember it was sooo bad I didn't put much thought into it The coverage sucked was the main aspect.

For those wondering about leasing a new truck and wonder what a bad week is.. it's not working.
I just took two weeks off, that's no income and minus over $2000.
That's why these companies that pay the ol cheap mileage rate suck!
There's no money to be made unless you don't stop ever working!
Once you're in a hole good luck digging yourself out at that $.90 + their FSC along with the joy of having a dispatcher!

No, bro.....that's 2 weeks worth of missed payments. SNI is pretty good about such things and will usually break it up for you over multiple weeks, but the point is, (with the Choice program anyway), when you lease, you gotta run EVERY week. Otherwise, you get behind pretty quickly.
Ain't nothin' in the world like a paid off truck.....Last week I ran $3500 in revenue (because I went home for NY eve and day), and netted $2850. This week I got chapped and decided to go home early (where I am now), and will run about $1100, and bank $800. But with a lease / truck payment, you gotta run, run, run.........

If I don't work for 2 weeks my hole is $540. Your hole is bigger, does that mean you got screwed harder? ; - )

This makes me wonder if prisoners have a thread they can talk to each other on.

Thats why I have SFI take an extra 100.00 per week out of my check so when I take off I am not in the hole. If I dont take off its just paying the truck down faster.
