30000 mile truck major part failure, confirmed by dealer, confirmed it was covered under warranty and fixed.
Charged thousands of dollars months later for repair and told nothing was wrong with part so warranty didn't cover it.

I spent over $1200 to get AC fixed.. 1 week later it I broke again. I had cat look at it while I was getting overhaul. They think I need wiring hardness $642 from international. Going to wait til it gets hot to fix that. Lol

I had the same issue with used to Freightliner stating that they'll accept appointments for motorhomes but not for trucks.. I went on their Facebook page invoice a serious complain about it and that if they felt that way towards trucks then I would take my business elsewhere and wouldn't think twice about it... After they responded to which I responded back they change their tune... Cause I'll have more word face to face with them when I get to the dealer next week... Use social media to your advantage because they don't like bad publicity and give him a bad report based on their true actions on social media will light em up real quick

I don't understand either, but freightliner in SLC is usually pretty good, but they get swamped at the drop of a hat. Kenworth, on the otherhand, is a complete joke. My old company had several trucks go back 3 times(mine included, because apparently no one new how to install injectors. Usually once per truck, we would get it back with a bill for new injectors and the old ones would still be in it.

Yea these emissions trucks are a joke. I'm in the shop with 7 different emissions codes. 3rd time in a year or so.

Actually, I've found that it makes more sense to let stuff kinda build up and then just plan on being down for a week. Because it seems like, one way or another, you're gonna be parked for a while so, rather than be down 3-7 days 5 times a year, just do it twice if you can and maybe you can work in a vacation or something while you're at it.

This is what do too as long as I can confirm with a phone call or two that continued driving won't do any damage.
