Yea that's a rarity to have less than 38 k pounds lol . It wasn't expedited but someone at Fed saw my truck sitting there and I think they posted my truck because they sent me the load offer , 20 miles from where I was parked in Kenly just to get me out of there

Gotcha, sounds like they at least keep you running and make sure you have something to run their...sounds like a pretty decent gig.

 

Fl sucks, Tx sucks, La sucks, Al sucks, Ms sucks. The whole choice board sucks.

 

Yea I like it because I have a contract minimum . So I know I'll never make < 1.50 plus surcharge or < 500 to turn the key . It's peace of mind for me . Operations is run by college educated twenty somethings and I like that , too. They're always polite and on point . The VP won't tolerate vulgar language . The CEO is a woman with an MBA who came up through third shift . I like suits and skirts running the logistics that have their finger on the new pulse , not some old school ex driver dispatcher with a bad attitude telling me I don't know what I'm talking about .

I am and that's why I asked for someone else to confirm. It is nice having someone like you questioning statements. Just some days is frustrating, lol

 

I posted it on the FB groups and it lit a storm up...ics are aggravated because Sni wants to play this employee no employees game and quite a few even think they could find themselves in trouble ..

 

My attorney would agree. They are dangerously close to a lawsuit.

They're trying to have it both ways and that won't play well with the courts.

Somebody in GB should look up the legal definitions of employee, contractor, and one they should pay real close attention to, coercion.
