If a load supposedly has a built in driver unload charge but when you get to the delivery they use lumpers is sni allowed to go back and charge back the driver unload fee to the driver

Got a call from recruiting today and she said that I didn't have the right experience because my job does not stay out over a week even though it's considered OTR. I didn't quite understand it since you will be an owner op and picking your own loads. Can someone explain it better if possible?
Dominick253 Thanks this. -
They are afraid you'll get home sick and quit. But I agree of you are paying for the truck what does it matter?
-
Yeah I can understand that. Do you think running company dedicated six months is worth it?
-
I couldn't say one way or the other. If it were me though I'd say there 50,000 trucking companies out there I'm sure there's one that'd work out for you as an O/O or L/O. I've thought about going O/O often but would have to go with a specialized freight.

So ,what did your son say when you told him SNI manipulate loads?

I just got told by my recruiter there is a freeze on bringing drivers over with their own trucks indefinitely. Just came down today. In fact he said a whole bunch of people with older trucks got removed from the list. They get 300 applications A WEEK for the program.
