And this is one reason i said i wouldn't touch a load for under 450..even a 30 mile one. Every load has to pay good enough that its a full day profit. In a perfect world these short ones should be 2 hour gigs, but too often they turn into 6 hours or more total.

Did you take 57 to Sauk trail and then go east all the way to the industrial area? Just curious with 394 being right there.

 

Another Mercer guy. Just thought I'd let you know l have enjoyed reading your thread for a change and that was dumb I use to live there and went to Lincolnway high school just off us 30 back in the 80s it was bad then I can't imagine what that trip would be like now

 

We lived in Mokena IL back in the early 60's and my older sister went to Lincolnway HS. Is that the same one?

 

Yep I grew up in ar berry hills just off us 45

 

I used to live in New Lenox right down the street from Lincolnway...

Now they have a total of 4 Lincolnway high schools 2 in Frankfort and 2 in New Lenox...

@Mr huds that entire area has built up big time, route 30 from New Lenox all the way to I65 is all 2 and 3 lane each way, but lots of lights

 

#### when I went they had the two one in Frankfort for freshmen and sophomores
And New Lenox witch covered all four bet Real estate is out rages now
