Charlotte leaves at 1700. Pain in the butt to get to support shift now but there is a direct number.

 

I have never seen a load posted in Canadian dollars. I do know any time after 1600 est they will transfer the phones to support even though someone should be there till 1700. Don't know. I'm not even close to being smart enough to figure out the Canadian dollar issue. Can't wait to hear.

 

I did 3 drop and hooks and 1 live load today. That and 450 miles makes for a long day. But good revenue. Drop these chips in Wooster and then home till Monday.

 

Charlotte hours are 0800-1700 EDT.

 

I've had Charlotte answer the phones at 7 am before...might not be your specific team but someone will answer though...

 

Mine was always 0700. But it changed sometime last year to 0800. They may have a split schedule.

 

Hell..as much as they change things around..its nearly impossible to stay up what theyre doing..lol

Update on "Serious Issue"
Yesterday his Charlotte based ICA told him the load was pushed back...he informed her he knew the load was scheduled to be loaded onto a trailer at 2300 hrs.. This morning he called directly to shipper to check on status. Yep it was loaded and on a trailer ready to go...he went and got it then did workflow. About 2 hours later his ICA called and wanted to assure him Schneider wasnt pulling a fast one...the info she had was what was told to her. He was scolded for calling the shipper direct, because Schneider must control all aspects of the trip so "information" flows correctly...but bottom line hes hooked and on way to PA. IC 1 Schneider 0....on this one...
