Yep. They are your customer and your competitor. So your competitor controls your revenue. Hmmm.

 

I wouldn't have cared what they said... I wouldn't put up with bring lied to and screwed over...

 

Yep. The number one issue with a carrier that has owner ops or lp and company trucks. Your customer is your biggest competition for freight.

 

This what happens to me when I call... The phones are transferred at 1600

 

I dont think any of us IC'S like what "Schneider" does to us....as I said the other day if all of us could find a stable relationship with a company....to haul there freight with no brokers in the mix we would be gone. I can tell you if your not thinking "Schneider " cheated him which is cheating all of us...well then you shouldnt be an IC....if you know what I am saying

I agree... That's why I said I'd be pissed about being lied too...your friend did exactly what I would've done too...

 

Have been for quite awhile.

 

The only reason he stayed on that trip was because I checked his load when I got there...we were hoping to run across together...I can tell you I have given Schneider the benefit of the doubt over the last 8 months...I am not sure I will going forward...I have family near GB I may need to see every contract or assign authority to my oldest daughter to go over there....to keep them honest...maybe new business we will check any contract for say 5 bucks...heck we will even email it to you...we shouldnt have to wuestion them

Lots easier to get away with these games years ago. Social networking keeps us more in contact that a CB ever did, and allows us to put our heads together more on games like this.

Between that Utah load, holding back good paying loads as they are doing out in Casa Grande and probably other places, makes me a little worried about the direction things appear to be headed.

This, and all the nit picky crap going on with trailers and such just smells of a company overanalyzing the bottom line due to money issues.
