funny I have never had that in my year here

 

Personally I think they are trying to get rid of some of the bad choices ics over here because they really need to thin the herd there's too many people over here that don't have a #### clue as to what they're doing and have no business being here

 

Never had that stuff my first two years here. Wasn't until my ICA got replaced with a new ICA that was coming over from being a DBS. It's a different world now compared to then. These days, I get constant updates on all of our drivers on time percentage and everything else. It's like we are supposed to be in some competition or something against the other groups.

I miss the days of NEVER hearing from my ICA. So much more peaceful back then.

 

There bonus are based on ontime delivery percentages at least company driver dbl was when I worked in operartions.

 

They had a guy named jason who joined one of the facebook groups who was dbl and became an ica and was ordering ics around like co drivers and went on facebook groups and even tried to get some fired for nonsense...he got outed and was reported to higher ups in green bay...that put a stop to that crap quick.

 

If all that was true then there wouldn't be a full class on Monday morning. The bottom line is the only thing that matters to sni is the bottom line. Atleast that is what its looking like

 

Still haven't gotten my VNU from last friday!

 

I fired that guy 5mins after I met him.
Knew he was going to be a problem
