    It's called promoting the company.
    Thats all I think all this is.
    Noobs in CDL school could see factor in what all they see in a company to factor in their decision of what training company to pick.
    On these fourms, On youtube etc all drivers are saying theres a waiting list or they cant get on.

    Everyone loves that part of the ad. I'm guessing that part is a little exaggerated.

    After 5 years I'm still learning the board. The lanes changes up daily. That good paying load you once took. You will never see it again posted on board. I'm seeing more brokered freight than usual.

    Isn't SNI brokering their own freight to themselves, thus taking another cut off the top before you get the 65%?

    Not that I've seen, I've spot checked when folks here have posted the rates and locals. They've been pretty consistent at getting 65% plus FSC of the average rate for a given lane ... give or take, sometimes a little more, sometimes a little less.
