Soooo next load out of Maine is a water load (of course) but heres some humor.

"Do not go in with more than 60 gal of fuel"
"If overweight in winter you must go through truck wash to remove snow/ice then rescale"

yep, been there.......it's all kinds of fun in the winter. When you come off the mountain, there's a scale in Auburn(??). Good place to park for the night too.....they have a motel next door with a bar and a restaurant. Also, in the truckstop, there's a place that makes pretty good pizzas and stuff.

you shouldn't.......my first time there was as a company driver.......did the "no more than 60 gallons of fuel" thing and ended up running out of gas........what a PITA and a bunch of BS. Wouldn't go up there full, but 60 gallons will get you a road call. You'll be fine and that part of Maine is lovely this time of year......lol

No chance of beating traffic on 495 if you're not even going to the shipper until after 6...

Traffic is already bad at 6am....

If you wait and hit 495 after 9 am you should be in much better shape....

    Roll on.....
