I've brought up issues before where drivers were getting ripped off to them and the response I got was.."so what do you want us to do? "..that right now there is what showed me they don't give a ####...there's a good reason why many don't join them... This is one of them..

 

What lawyers do you know that go to court for free? If they fight things such as an ELog mandate it's not about making money.

Why stop at setting the minimum rate @ $2? Why not $10, or $20, or $100? Heck, why not just make it an even $1M a load?

And we'll have the government set up a load board and do away with brokers all together. Just look at how great a job they have done with SS, Medicare, VA, ACA, HUD.....

 

Many states require attorneys to log a certain number of hrs pro bono. Supposedly to assist the pooooor.
