I'm telling you, they just need a group of us to start calling and complaining daily. It would be fixed. I'm making my calls, but I think they aren't too concerned because everyone is just accepting the fact that it is broke and not expecting it to be fixed.

 

It looks like the third party software is actual software and not hosted in the cloud. That would suck it you couldn't use it on something like a tablet. I certainly don't want to carry around a laptop.

 

It would chew up your data real quick too if you don't have unlimited assuming you keep this thing running 24/7.

 

I'm wondering why it's not web based.

 

Dispatchers would solve the problem ....

I was told because of the freight picker software that was 1 of the reasons the changed the booking of a load to IF you book it it's yours now.

They don't take loads off people as they once did.

 

What's this Transflo I read about.

 

I'm not sure if your joking, but it's the system SNI uses to send in paperwork like signed BOL's

 

Don't worry TennMan, you can still use the flying monkeys to send in your proof of delivery. Smoke signals are out though due to new EPA regulations.
