    We have the same issues with linehaul trailers. The driver knows he won't have that trailer tomorrow, so what does he care?:rolleyes:

    Well if the driver was a "professional" he'd at very least report the problem.
    To not take 5 minutes out of you day to report a dangerous trailer issue so it is taken out of service is pretty sad.
    It looks bad for the carrier as well... the carrier looks sheety when a shippers preloads a trailer and then it is either late or has to be reloaded onto a different trailer due to a problem should that have been reported.
    Drivers just don't care these days.

    I know as drivers were to blame for alot however don't forget 3rd party carriers, yard jockeys and the fact that the mechanics can be just as bad.

    I don't know, it may well have been. I didn't have any negative physical reaction, just imagined him coming back each night wearing a black cowboy hat for about a week.

    I was going to smoke bomb the truck, but never got around to it.
