Okay kiddies here's a "Prime" example why it's not smart to rely on dispatchers to give you loads.
Here's a flatbed driver from Prime doing flatbed.
Flatbed loads pay more than Van and Reefer and Prime pays a higher % than Schneider.
Should mean a lot more money right? Not when you have a dispatcher giving you crap loads!
He was pushing for a good week and well...
3534 miles
$4,221 in revenue
$1.19 a mile for the week... doing flatbed!
Some of that must also be carry over miles from the previous week. 3500 miles within 7 days in a Prime truck chaining and tarping loads is kinda pushing it.Lone Ranger 13 and 48Packard Thank this. -
