    Going to call and find out on Tuesday. I'm sure they will try to get out of it since it is Schneider's fault, but we shall see.

    I wish we could see customers on the load board, so it would be easier to avoid this place in the future.

    If it's SNI fault most likely you want get the TONU pay. They will compensate you for he deadhead miles. They only pay if the customer makes a mistake. This is what I was told years ago.

    Contract states if you arrive and the Vehicle is Not Used.

    I don't see where it place fault.

    I always got a VNU ever if it was Schneider's fault.
    He said load got pushed out and nobody updated the system.
    Similar things happened to me and I got my $150.
