    I was trying to join choice also, but I think I'm going to stay with tankers. I've been talking with 4 companies and I like one of them a lot. Only downside is no fuel cards and I need to buy plates, but % is hire then anyone and their rates are still really good.

    Glider won't always get better fuel economy..usually they're around 7-7.5 mpg..which is good..it depends on how they're set up.
    I average around 8mpg running heavy and light.
    Just did 8.7 mpg hauling 10k in the box at 70mph from Navarre to Fayetteville .

    New trucks can be a pain but if you stay on top of things and yell about the warranty you should be fine.
    Idling kills the newer engines..even for a little while.

    2015 Volvo 730..XE package,i-shift with 2.64 rears
    Bought it in December ..so far so good.
