**I Posted this in the chat thread but am reposting it to try to get more visibility, Thanks!

Good Morning, I don't post here often but wanted to see if I could get some info on the Charlotte IC Choice Orientation? Hypothetically I may be leasing a '17 Cascadia with Tripac APU, with zero down, 3 year lease. Orientation starts Mondays, correct? How long does it last?

The truck I may be leasing is in Charlotte so I assume I will be picking it up there, sign paperwork, they install the in cab equipment, Qualcom etc, I do the Orientation then take the truck at the end of the week and start running? Is that a rough idea of how it all starts?

Thanks very much for the info

Can you tell me, what day do they turn you loose? Thursday or Friday? Do you run your first trip out of the terminal?

    Thanks.

Up to you. You can either leave asap or take a 34 and start fresh. They'll dispatch you to pick up an empty. You won't know where it's going to be till last minute.

Thanks very much for the reply. I have some logistical obstacles that I need to deal with right after orientation. Your reply is much appreciated.

You'll get a lot more answers if you just search the forum. There's a ton of threads on here about what goes on in orientation.

Thanks, I have read every Schneider forum that is remotely current and have picked up quite a bit. I do know that things change over time and what they did a year ago may not be exactly what they are doing today. Some examples are the included Tripac APU, money down for new trucks, lease term, etc.

I appreciate all info and replies, thanks very much for taking the time.

You are getting a brand new truck with zero down?! How did you manage that?

    He didn't....

Said "Hypothetically" in his post, should actually say "in my dreams zero down on new truck"

    CaptainDaveG and mxpx148 Thank this.
