I am not here to upset any apple carts, just trying to get info o help me get over the hump and all that. Maybe I just got lucky, caught the right guy and the right day, who knows. But that's what they are offering.

 

I guess that makes me feel pretty fortunate about the deal. Anyway like I said Im not here to upset anyone or make enemies.

 

If you managed that, more power to you. I'll be going through the process next month...I'll let everyone know what I'm offered as well on here. I am more than likely doing a one year though...3 years is a huge commitment for a first time IC.

Is it credit based? If you have a 780-800+ credit score, it would be silly for them to not offer you better terms than a guy with a 700.
