Well haven't they limited hiring? We have been told they put a cap on ICs allowed on currently, that's why there was a waiting list.

Are they truelly adding, or are they just trying to maintain? Gotta keep hiring just to maintain the same capacity from all the guys quitting. A company add big as sni probably has a 100 drivers a week up and quit.
Also keep in mind, a lot of companies learned harsh lessons last time the economy tanked. They let their numbers dwindle and then when things finally did turn around they couldn't take advantage due to the shrinking they did when things was lean. You can't fault them for putting their interests first. That's what everyone of us should be doing.

If it's ONLY maintaining they wouldn't keep buying new trucks to lease they'd fill the empties 1st.

Amazing, the Peeing Flylot with a buffet has ZERO spaces, the one on the other side of the interstate is 3/4 empty.
    What does that say :biggrin_25513:

May I ask, how do you know this is true? I am not saying that it is not accurate, but can you support your statement with numbers? How many drivers did SNI have 2 years ago, how many do they have today?

    Just a question.

Schneider they have capped the program to 2400 ICs i think or close to it.
Was given that number a few months ago from a media message to the ICs.
When i started 20 months ago I think it was around 1600 ICs, a lot more freight then too.

That is alot of "I think's" and "close to's" FW. Are those numbers accurate? How does that correlate to the number of company drivers then vs now and the number of customers then vs now?

    Again, just a question.
