    BTW if there is anything to complain to SNI management, it's the fact they are holding back loads for company trucks. When I was in orientation I was told point blank we get first choice.

    Last week, I was told to go in a shippers office to get my paperwork out of the stack. Along with other carriers, I saw all the SNI loads. There was one specific load I know for a FACT was not in the board. And to make it worse, it loaded out of the same customer which I a rarity for my board. So company teams are getting loads with miles and zero deadhead out of this shipper while the IC's have to cover these costs.

    Which of course leads me to wonder how often this happens and how much I've lost. And if it's happening on my board, well....you guys know.

    I just ran a 206 mile load that paid 3 dollars a mile. Actual driven miles 183!

    I know a person on this board who ran a load today for $346 for ONE mile driven!!...

    And no it wasn't me....

    Someone at customer service screwed up in our favor for once....

    @Cledus Snow pretty sure pc miler practical is the new standard of pay, not hhg. I got no source to back this up, it's just an observation from reading all #### box trailer doors when the idiots cut over in front of me 5 ft off my front bumper.

    @freightwipper what do you mean with the statement flatbed had a lot of bs?

    I know for a fact Schneider hides loads from us, a bunch of the high $ ones of course

    That kind of stuff has happned to me before.
    One example is one day I did multiple loads that were from Carrollton, Ky to Seymour, IN

    Loaded miles and Jill said it was over 100 miles but I took little roads through little towns for about 56 miles. Was a legal route supposedly.

    The second time around I actually drove the longer route cause I almost mowed down stop signs and light poles the first time :eek: and didn't feel like dealing with that again

    I did the load board demo twice. It's was supposed to last an hour but both times the host had issues with people not knowing how to log in to the webinar, and that usually chewed up 15 mins of it. Then you only got quick glimpses of the rates when you did get her to do a search for you.

    The biggest thing that bothered me about their business model is the fact that agents are allowed to outsource freight, but BCO's can't outsource their trucks. Because of this setup you have agents bullying BCO's into accepting their rates or they'll just toss it up on a Swift truck for pennies on the dollar. Bottom line is BCO's need agents, but agents don't need BCO's at all and Landstar doesn't care at all because they're raking in boat loads of cash. I just couldn't get past that. I'm not saying every agent is slimy, but there are plenty of them over there. Not too mention many of them have their own fleet of trucks which shouldn't be allowed whatsoever. This setup here at SNI is so much easier than making 10 phone calls hoping to score one load at a decent rate.
