    What about my sorting loads my estimated loaded rate per mile and total rate per mile? Take that away away too? o_O

    Hmmmm I'm seeing reefer loads out of what I think is a Walmart DC what on our board...
    I wonder what kind of trailer shuttle that would be after the load :eek:

    Well to be fair...look at prime...they pay 72%..they nickel and dime them to death...they even charge the operators for phone calls and use of the mobile app among 10 million other things...I know from experience and also seen a prime l/O settlement recently that showed that...

    I've booked a load in Dallas a while back that was pulling a Costco reefer to 2 stores in the Dallas area...paid several hundred dollars to do so...some times they may need help..great easy money

    That atittude towards issues like this where an account is trying to be saved is nonsense...don't you realize more accts lost equals less $$$ for everyone...

    It's always said on loads I've done for tsc a 3 way call is required.

    So I don't think it's strictly because they're trying to save the account not saying it's not a reason they are making sure we do them but IF they're really concerned because of the poor service record WHY not have a dedicated line properly staffed strictly to deal with TSC. No reason to call in and be on hold for over an hour just to have a 3 way call to verify otd when that hour could've been used to move the freight.

    But I agree anytime we lose an account it affects us all.

    I don't have a problem with the little stuff being passed down to the contractors. For instance mercer charges me $2.75 a month for our mobile app which has all the load info, tracks for ifta and automatic check in calls, does loaded and empty calls, load advances and scans in paperwork for fast settlements. My problem would be if they were using those small charges as a profit source. We are partners in business so i expect to bear my portion of costs(tech guys aren't cheap) but i wouldn't accept a carrier profiting by over charging me for those costs.

    When i have to do 3 way calls i give it 5 minutes on hold, after that I hang up and call the customer service number listed for that load in the remarks. Works 90% of the time.

    One time on an amazon load cs refused and told me I had to call through my ica.
    Told them I was on hold forever and gave up, cs told me to try again.
    Next time was on hold for over an hour and I was late for the load thanks to it.
    I was sooo pisssd
