Also..they think deducting freight claims prior to any one filing one is OK too...there in house lawyer whom I took all the paperwork to him and he even got on the phone told them they can't be doing that..it's illegal...so I down care...they're shady..

 

Then terminate their leases, and leave everyone else alone. Or, start handing out stiff fines for being late, that will thin the herd as well.

Or, sometimes, when picking up a relay at a small yard filled over capacity with empty trucks and out of service trailers on a weekend, I make the executive decision to not pick up an empty.

Been stuck more than once on a weekend in both Dallas and Phoenix with no actual spots to drop my empty.
