I agree with that, but I'm like the whipper, I stay out months at a time. Have no need to go home, especially since home is the parents house right now. I'll have the last of my debt paid of by thanksgiving and then will start saving up to buy a place of my own. When I started 3 years ago I had 150k in debt, student loans, stupid credit card debt, just the typical being going and stupid with money stuff.

My first 8 months I didn't make much or pay off much since I started at CRST at 25cpm. Yeah I was stupid and didn't know any better about where to start in this industry. It wasn't until I went to Prime where I was making 42cpm as a company driver that I really started to make progress. Then I went to the choice program, it was really the sign in bonus and the first few month's I was there until sni started playing with the board last October. This year I didn't start to make major progress until I left sni and went out on my own. It's been a fun ride and I'm glad it's almost over.

I'm also like you, stay out months at a time. I'm debt free, and also saving to pay cash for a beach house or condo back home, only $150k to go lol. Hopefully I will have it wrapped up by the time speed limiters come into effect.

Thereis money to be made out here, just have to work hard to get, like anything else in life that's worth having, you have to work hard to get it.

I'm thinking I nice 50+ acres of land with trees, hills, a river at least if not a lake as well. I want to be away from the city when I can. Then I figure out what I want to build and where on the property.

Cledus Snow and mxpx148 Thank this.

Property does sound nice, my wife wants to buy an adobe with 20-30 ac in the AZ desert, and I would have a hard time leaving Florida. But driving an RZR and atvs in the desert does sound fun.

Where are these two remote locations you speak of? I've heard of them, but can never seem to find them ;)

In my world, Ohio is the East coast, Arizona is the west coast. Anything beyond that jeopardizes my 5 day away from home operational limits.

If everything north and east of Pennsylvania disappeared tomorrow, I'd dance a jig :bootyshake:

If anyone based out of PA in Choice doesn't mind, could I PM them with question about setting up a sole proprietorship in PA? I know I need to file a PA100 and obtain my EIN, but not sure if there is anything else.
