By staggering in the lane, the formation becomes as wide as the lane, with headlights spread out on each side much like a car...more visible to othe traffic than they would be if all traveling single file. It is unwise to ride side-by-side, as it removes your options to avoid potholes, road debris, etc...yet people do it.Bud A., tommymonza, Moving Forward and 7 others Thank this. -
CONCORD, N.H. (AP) — The driver of a truck in a collision that killed seven motorcyclists was charged Monday with seven counts of negligent homicide, authorities said.
Volodoymyr Zhukovskyy, 23, was arrested Monday morning at his home in West Springfield, Massachusetts, on a fugitive from justice charge related to Friday's crash, the New Hampshire attorney general's office said.

Massachusetts State Police found wax packets at Zhukovskyy’s house containing residue that is believed to be heroin. He has not been charged on a drug offense, but if lab tests are positive for narcotics, Zhukovskyy will face an additional charge.
According to Zhukovskyy’s driving record, he had an arrest for operating under the influence in 2013 and his license was suspended because he was listed as an “immediate threat.”

Well as far as the Massachusetts RMV is concerned,he ain’t getting his license back(habitual offender, plus they can deny you a license if you have drug charges on your record). They had already pulled his license for being an immediate threat so that’s that.
