we have to see how this plays out. for some reason, i doubt he will get the max sentance for this.
oh he will get "some jail time", but unless a good solid case is formed around his offenses, he's gonna basically laugh at the justice system.
i'll be a betting man that he gets maybe 75 years, with maybe 20 to serve, then time off for good behavior and time served awaiting trial.....
so about 10 years tops.
and that's the slap in the face for the survivors and families.

Kill a group of people like he did with a car, it's viewed so differently than if he used Glock.
It's not viewed by me differently, but whomever makes the rules thinks so.
There's a young squid in San Diego just got sentenced to some time, like 8 years I think, ran off an overpass onto a picnic. Killed several.
He was supposedly a top sailor, air crew, educated, lots of people were amazed he didn't walk with just probation. -
Although I too hope this guy gets nailed to the wall if proven guilty of causing the crash, as it sounds, BUT we really need to keep all of the families in our thoughts as this must be a horrible thing to go through. Let's be patient for the police to do their job in building a rock solid case, while keeping the families in our thoughts and prayers.

Here's another news report with some significant details... Massachusetts man charged in crash that killed 7 motorcyclists – Boston Herald
--> "Connecticut prosecutors say Zhukovskyy was arrested last month in an East Windsor Walmart parking lot after failing a sobriety test. Officers had responded to a complaint about a man who was revving his truck engine and jumping up and down outside the vehicle." (emphasis added) -
he "could get" up to 15 years and if each count of homicide is rendered, for 7 people (who knows, others may die of thier injuries) that "could be" 105 years..
but i "think" the procesecutor might "group" all the deaths into one, again who knows, and IF SO, and say he gets the max 15 years, he may only do about 10 or less.......
kind of way to not really enforcing the criminal justice system...it would be laughable....
Negligent Homicide Law in New Hampshire
Negligent homicide is the unintentional but careless killing of another person. It can be charged as a misdemeanor or a felony. In New Hampshire, “negligence in the operation of an automobile” comes under “negligent homicide” and is always a felony.
Title LXII of New Hampshire's Criminal Code states that a person found guilty of causing another person's death due to negligent driving will be charged with a Class B felony.
It becomes a Class A felony – with even more severe penalties – when the death resulted because the driver was intoxicated at the time of the accident, either with alcohol, drugs, or both. The offense can be while driving an automobile, a boat, or even an off highway recreational vehicle (OHRV).
Very Severe Penalties
A person found guilty of a Class B felony in New Hampshire can be sentenced to up to seven years in jail. For a Class A felony, the term can go up to fifteen years.
Your driver's license can be revoked for seven years, or even longer. After that time, you'll have to petition the court for permission to reapply for a license.
If you do get permission to apply for a new driver's license, you may then have to have an ignition interlock device (IID) installed on your car for up to five years. Plus, of course, you can be assessed heavy fines.
