i agree, but here is how "i see it"...

i am older than many of you here, and yes, there are some here, older than me

we have seen a lot, heard a lot, witnessed a lot.

i personally have become jaded with the entire justice system, from the time of arrest, conviction, and jail time.

early release is rampant, home confinement is a joke, time off for good behavior and time served while awaiting trial is yet another.

the jails, are full to capacity, we need more, but no one wants a prison in thier city or town.

our law makers make up asinine laws, and yet we continualy vote them in.

the judges hands are tied, as they too can only give out a sentence as per state (or federal laws)

i sicken the whole system, as i hope many others do.

even the cops know when an arrest is futile...the paperwork alone is daunting for a cop, and with in minutes of arrest, the perp is set free, and the cop is just finishing the paperwork..... @TROOPER to TRUCKER , can you confirm or deny this statement from me..???

i seriously have no faith anymore in how much time a jerk will get, and let's forget about any death penal;ty in any murder, as the victims are silenced, and the mouth piece for the perp makes the case for lienency.

we should thorw them in jail and throw away the key, like in many foreign countries, but oh no, the bleeding hearts would have a cow if we did......

Like everything else it all boils down to money. It costs a lot of it to put people in jail. Therefore they try to keep people out if they can. Sometimes it works sometimes it backfires.

I predict he gets maybe 20 years. Not sure how tough they are in NH.

Yeah so many times before the suspects are not even spending a night in lock up. The system seems too broken these days.

Last week in Houston They had A car jacking suspect lead HPD on a Chase before attempting to carjack another female in her car at a Burger King And then get shot by police... HPD was very familiar with this suspect and believe it or not the idiot district attorney we have had struck a deal with this guy and put him on deferred adjudication from armed robbery conviction... Local law enforcement is frustrated with this crap.

Okay your first 2 DUI’s are magistrates court and you only lose your license up to 90 days (super easy to get back a restricted license). Also the fine maxes out at $947 I believe.

Now the 3rd can be all of the above with a longer suspension and fines plus prison time. The court court system is so backed up they plea at least 90% back to DUI 2nd offense.

Not only a scumbag, but it looks like the system failed as well.

...a crash his father said occurred on his son’s third day on the job.

The younger Zhukovskyy also has a lengthy driving record, including a drunken driving conviction in 2013 and an arrest after failing a field sobriety test last month in a Walmart parking lot in East Windsor, Conn. He was due back in court for that case Wednesday.

When asked why Zhukovskyy still had an active Massachusetts driver’s license before the crash, MassDOT spokeswoman Jacquelyn Goddard said in a statement: “The Massachusetts Registry of Motor Vehicles is looking into this matter.” His Massachusetts license was only suspended Monday because he was deemed an “immediate threat,” records show, despite his second OUI arrest on May 11.

The typical system failure.. The system doesn't seem to want to fix the problem simple because they like the amount of money that keeps flowing into it and that is the major issue...
