i wonder if that RMV person can be sued for all of this, knowing full well of mthat dingbat's record..??

i say "try it"........let him/her learn the colld hard facts of life and poor management of an appointed office.

 

Aren't government officials like that protected from lawsuits?

 

This guy needs to be taken out back by the dumpsters and shot.

He is one of the type who went officially “missing” after being bound & tossed off the fantail of troopships at dark 0’clock during both wars. Never-ending problems A threat to everyone else.

He’s had all the chances plus too many more besides. I’ll bet they started early in life, and most went unreported.

The rest of his family needs deportation back to Ukraine.

Who needs some jail time is who he was driving for. All corporation stock owners.

I think many might be "blameless" and as such, untouchable.

but i am not sure about all of them.

to me, HE IS to blame for all of this.

but he also too, an "appointed" official..not an elected one

I haven't seen anything in the media about him getting a drug test after the crash, but I'd imagine they must have done a blood test... so I hope the toxicology results are published by the media.

 

Makes you wonder, how many other guys just like him are out there driving... Sounds like the MA/DMV dropped the football on this one big time, how many others have they missed also? Is MA alone, hardly, NY just passed law mandating the issuance of D/L's to illegal immigrants....
Used to be, if a green card holder was convicted of a Felony, his/her card was yanked and they were deported. Would that happen now, not likely.
My prediction is that this joker will likely get 5 years in prison for each count, to run concurrently...He'll be paroled though in 3 and back out. Furthermore, his criminal record will be sealed and unavailable to the next cheap fly-by-night freight carrier that he'll drive for....Like others have rightfully said previously, the system is broke, the criminals have the rights and the victims have none...
