While the state did dropped the ball... Do you really think loosing his license would have stopped him from driving?

yeah that's all right though if I remember right turn to stand isn't that where that other clown came from that had the Home Depot truck over New York City tried to kill a bunch of people to I hate radical Muslims. I don't care where the heck they're from..
    keyword being radical..
and again have a look at what we have here Denver Colorado truck wreck with all the killing improperly trained moron
    background check of this winner
in a nice bottle of stoli and drink in his honor..and imported out of temporary work visa to drive a truck in America already made a huge negative impact according to the background no matter where he's from.
at least they're looking into this Westfield company another ete company probably running under a blanket umbrella of some other eurotrash.. but the feds are getting smarter now I see so I tip my hats in my shot of stoli to them

I'm gonna venture that he's doing that under the advice of council.

I thought he'd plead it out.

Either way, bet he doesn't get more than 8 years range at the most.

Council probably try and get him off with probation or something.

    Some Russian mob lawyer.

Have you guys been out of the Unites States ? Double yellow do not pass, stop signs and red lights are merely a suggestion that is usaully not hindered

I don't care if you come into my Country. But you better Assimilate and learn the laws and rules and Abide by them . And you better #### well educate yourself to read and learn English .

And That is All I am going to Say About That.

It might be referring to the charges in Texas he plead guilty to.

I Deal with these Jokers on a regular basis going around Chicago. Their rude arrogant Priks that have no manners or respect for the rules much less the law.

I could care less about the Mexicans at least they partially abide by the law. Dealt with them for 35 years in SW Florida

He was driving for a company, so yes, it would have. At least he would not have been driving commercially.

I see from one of the articles that he's only had a CDL since last August.

I'll have to check, but I heard his lawyer entered a Not Guilty plea for him.
