The SPC rarely throws that up for the midwest until late in tornado season. This one is going to be a doozy.

I do not get excited until SPC puts up a PDS in black, particularly dangerous situation. The last time they did that Vilonia got leveled by a EF4 lite EF5 roughly.

Was fighting gusts of 35-45 mph down from Bethany,MO all the way to Edwardsville,KS. Mind you,I had 40,500 pounds in the reefer, full fuel tanks (both tractor and trailer),full tank of DEF and the wind was still trying to weathervane me!

I drove westbound down 54 yesterday from kansas to New Mexico with less than 5000 lbs in the trailer. My shoulders are killing me this morning

Still running east with an empty trailer. Made it back to the hills. Hopefully I'll be sheltered from anything forming in Ohio. Couldn't believe there were tornado warnings in Dayton.

It took my son-in-law 6 hours to go 20 miles from Elizabeth Colorado towards Denver. He was driving an
    F-350 with chains on.

I was coming across Missouri yesterday when I ran into the back side of the storm wall. I was gonna meet up with a friend around Saint Louis but decided to bail just short of Columbia.

Took an 8 hour split instead of a 10 and got up at midnight and ran in the dark to Effingham IL where I got fuel & a shower and a quick nap. (Overslept a bit) then ran across OH to Wheeling.

I've been dodging this storm for days now.
