Pilot #883 Canton TX. ~50 miles east of Dallas on i20

This has got to be my favorite Pilot. It’s a franchise. First time there was old and run down. But great service. Their fried fish or chicken is done in the better oil.
This time. They’re refurbishing the place completely. Looking good. They didn’t have any coffee as a result. Ok with me. They’re doing good.
The cashier commented that the outside looks like a strip club. “Those are strip club lights on the outside. Looks like a darn strip club.”
