When I first started driving a truck and been through several pilot and I hear the automated message on the intercom that says:"We currently have no wait for a shower"
lol, at first I thought he says "We currently have no way for a shower"
I thought this is telling customers that the shower is full.
I only began to realize it is "We currently have no wait for a shower" after maybe my 5th visit.
What confuses me was that it says "Please come in to take a clean, hot shower" right after what I thought was ""We currently have no way for a shower" then why is it telling people to come in for a hot shower when there is no way for a shower? Then after a few visits I suddenly have an insight and then I understand it's saying "No wait", not "No way" lol

I remember when it was a lady who announced them at the Flying J. She sounded nice, not stuck up and snobby like the English ##### in my GPS.
