Don't know who I'd be recruiting for as there's no position available to recruit for.

If you read the thread, you would know who I am, what this thread is about and possibly add something, not disrupt it.

As with any open forum, there is little I can do when someone gets their feelings hurt by taking something personal.

You call it finger pointing and knee capping. I call it responding to a post posted on an open thread.

But if you missed any of the previous posts that informed you who I am...

I'm a current Schneider company driver who started my own Company and who is "leasing" on to their "Choice" program.

This will document how to start and be successful in a "Lease" with nothing but your last "paycheck" as there are too many naysayers who want to argue it can't be done.

This thread is here because of drivers who ask questions who are looking to better themselves but who get responses from drivers here like... "do your own research", "you have no business starting a business"....ect, ect.
