Using a tri axle dump with a tandem dump trailer for my AZ road test in a few weeks and I can't find the ''MTO way" to do a pin up with a pintle hook.

I can only assume they're going to want me to un pin and pin back up on my road test.

I am upgrading from my DZ to AZ so I don't have AS much to do on the road test - YAY!

    Help is much appreciated!

have you asked them if u can use theat combination. a few years ago they chenged it to what I thought was only fifth wheel trucks with either 35-45 foot long trailers, manual trans, and air brakes. Make sure by calling them to be sure!

He is right. You have to use a tractor with a fifth wheel, minimum 45' trailer.

    FAQ page, question 5.

Best to ask if they will let you do a full class A with your set-up. Don't see why it shouldn't be allowed, but hey it's the MTO.

Ya I have asked several times to make sure this setup is fine and it is.
