Pirates attack Swiss cargo ship off Nigeria, 12 crew members kidnapped

 

The only way to rid the area of pirates is to let the Russian Navy take care of it. When they do pirate patrols they just kill all of them and sink their boats.

Chinese merchant seaman didn't let the pirates board their ship; they threw molotov ####tails at them and kept them from even trying to board.
One time a Chinese merchant ship, on it's way back to China, found some Nigerian stowaways on the ship and just threw them overboard.

 

I remember this incident; the Russian Navy captured the pirates, then released them in a rubber raft that was leaking air and gave them a GPS locator with a dead battery. That was funny because usually they just kill all of them then blow up the boats.
