Place to drop truck and trailer for a few days? - San Diego, CA

Last time I went to this convention I was able to park a block away under the freeway, but they moved venues and now I'm kinda screwed. This one is being held at the San Diego Convention Center. I'm sleeping in the bunk, no hotel, so the closer the better.

Any suggestions?

 

I just called the convention center to confirm my assumption that I wouldn't be able to, and the lady said no and was kind of rude about it too.

I saw the pilot about 20 driving minutes away, but was hoping someone would know of a closer spot within walking distance so I could avoid the crazy uber costs.

For example, last time at the other convention center, the loading dock told me I could use their private area that I mentioned under the bridge right next to the con.

 

I should clarify, I'm attending the event, not delivering.
