As someone that grew up in my dad's KW, I can tell you that it can be VERY educational! Just not the kind of education you want to be giving a 13 year old!

Hey I respect your situation. Would you be surprised to learn that many RVers, especially those traveling in the winter, are also working and providing for our families? I am helping to support my aging mother with my job that entails traveling around the country to do contract in hospitals. I am not doing this for a vacation. I am working. I live in my RV year round and do not own another home. Blessings!

    RV?

By that you mean a motorized vehicle that could be the same width, and up to 43 ft long.

But only if you haven’t set the slides out, blocking THREE parking spots.

I won’t even start on the rest of the BS. Like having the grill and lawn chairs set up in a completely separate spot beside said RV.

Looks like most of the sources of RV hate have been beaten to death already LOL.

Just act right, and stay clear of big trucks best you can.

Park wherever you want, I don't care. Except at a fuel pump. Wherever you do park, take a minute and make sure you aren't in the way of anything with a great big turning radius before you go shopping and disappear for hours, or go to bed.

Don't get too wrapped around the axle of CMV hours of service. Just remember we're on a timer and you aren't, then act accordingly with your greater time and parking flexibility. That's good enough and solves most problems.

Much like the migration to God's waiting room (FL) every fall and return in the spring. 10 under the limit, three across on I-75 and 95. LOL.
