Go in at off peak times and shower. You'll be amazed at how little you really need all those "amenities" the truck stops nickle and dime you for.

can't really give a specific time for "off peak"....truck stops in some areas are busy 24/7.

Peak times for a truck stop are lunch and as soon as it gets dark. Closer it is to a big city, the busier it will be. The worst are permanently full it seems.
For showers, early morning, lunch, and end of day will be a wait. That's when everybody wants one.Creativity RV Thanks this.
