OK, When you get a physical the examiner is supposed to enter the results into the FMCSA database portal where it then lands in the CDLIS, by the end of that next business day. Just as you can't have but one CDL in the CDLIS you can only have one physical there. The latest physical reported is the ONLY one you have that is active. Now, go back to that word reported. All I can do is repeat the rules. I can't give a specific answer because I have no idea if the ME reported the physical or not. If they did the driver only has a 3-month physical. If they did not they have the physical before that one.
