I spoke to the consignee (the broker's client) and he feels bad for me and gave me the broker's personal cell phone number. But this gentleman paid for the load upon delivery through Uship. He has verification that he paid. So I wouldn't want to include him in an affidavit. This #$%^ broker had great reviews in Uship until the months after we made his delivery...then there were nonpayment reviews. I'm not going to let this go. Although it is not a huge amount, it is MY money. Thanks again.
