Sound advice?
Start looking for the non-driving job you'll need to pay off your school obligations.
Honestly, man, you didn't think this through and you're going to pay for it.
Your history is an object lesson in unforeseen consequences. You can't get DUIs (plural) and hope to be employable by a legitimate trucking company (even by a mostly legit one).
You've signed the papers, so you've basically got enough rope to hang yourself. I don't know what to say. You want to be a driver "so bad", but if wishes were horses, then beggars would ride.
Wanting it and being suited to it are mutually exclusive things. Your lack of foresight (in signing on to a school knowing you've got a dirty record) is only a harbinger of trouble for you as a driver. If you can't think things through and predict the consequences of your actions, you're going to get yourself (and your truck, and probably a few other people) into a life threatening situation.
Sound advice: you're pretty screwed, and you know it. Blowing sunshine up your skirt at this point doesn't do you any good. -

your past driving record is not too good. you may get a job, but no one here can tell you the absolute truth about it as none of us here actually do any hiring (at least no one i am familiar with here). furthermore, you LEFT OUT PERTINENT INFORMATION about your past in your other thread, you cannot do this, if you want help/advice...
go for the license, at least you'll have it, then put your best foot forward from this day on, and DO NOT screw up anymore....what else can be realistically said to you..?? but the way i see it, from your past, you ain't gonna get a job after graduation......otherhalftw Thanks this. -
You stated you want it real bad. You have about a 1% chance of finding something. It would probably be with an 'Outlaw' type O/O that you would have to convince that YOU are a pretty good guy and you will shape up and work hard. You will probably get paid under the table and do 2 log books. But, at least you will be driving. Dude, try to be more responsible with your driving record. As you can see, this hap-hazard attitude isn't cutting it. Best of luck.

as soon as the school would have asked me to sign the waiver stating they couldnt help with employment, but they work with 200 companies, then said it would have been a waste of my time.....I would have ran......far......far......away. but november is 6 months away...and all of those tickets will be 6 months older by the time you get done with school. absolutley have to stay clean until then to have any chance at all.

The biggest issue to start with was the lack of good judgement in your past. However since this isn't a slam you session, I'll give the most honest advice and outlook for you. If you had your cdl then the old DUI's wouldn't matter because they would've been far enough in yyour past. What happens with companies is the ability to be able to insure you to drive not whether they need to fill a seat. Almost every major company wants all suspensions to be at least more than a yr or greater. The average company mill cdl school is 3-8weeks so what's with the November commitment? Also if you're uninsurable for most auto carriers not much will change with the "Bigs". Lastly since you want to work in trucking, it would be reasonable to apply at all the big companies because if you cant get hired directly from them espcially the worst of the worst (JB Hunt, Swift, Pam, Cr England, Central Refrigerated) then a 3rd party school wont be able to get it done either. Hopefully the honesty helps and the words from more senior drivers.

Those DUI's 19 years ago, shouldn't be on your record anymore....As said above all you can do is try, and if you're dedicated at making this a career then there is someone out there who can use you. It may be a deal where you have to do everything in 6 logbooks, but hey, you do what you gotta do. You made those life decisions, now you gotta work 10 times harder to get out of them 20 years later...Good luck

A little off the topic, but learning to use punctuation will help in life as well.
Good luck with getting back on track.
